Някой ден сигурно ще събера достатъчно за стихосбирка от избрани български стихотворения, в мой превод на английски. Засега - Петя Дубарова:
Sometimes I 'come so kind
That I start trembling up to painful
And heavy twined and twisted veins of mine
Start searching for a noble name to name me
Sometimes I 'come so kind!...
The boxwood bushes hug and hide me
Then unimagined childish play
Starts searching for my hands and finds me!
Sometimes I get as pale as amber honey.
Then pale sweet lips so gently love me.
Sometimes I am a golden tournesol flower
As pretty as the look of bonny maiden.
Sometimes I'm white and kind.
Oh, my! I 'come so kind so seldom!
Then I want to give a little dream
To everyone! And all my love
to break to little pieces
and reach so many honest hands. Believe me!
And when I give my juice to someone's stem
I'll keep my secret that I am breathing!
